I combine a systems-based perspective with an individualized approach to collaboratively help you navigate the world as well as your own personal challenges. I pull from trauma-informed and anti-oppression frameworks to create a client-centered experience in which you feel supported as you move toward your goals. Above all else, I believe healing happens in relationship and no one needs to go through this period of time alone.
