About
I became a therapist because I’ve always been deeply curious about why we think, feel, and act the way we do. That curiosity grew into a passion for helping people better understand themselves and using that insight to foster real change. My style is warm, collaborative, and authentic, with a focus on making sure you feel safe and understood. I completed the Gottman Method Couples Therapy – Level 1 training and use this research-based approach to help couples feel more connected, understood, and secure. My approach is eclectic and individualized, tailored to each client’s goals, needs and personality. I draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, person-centered therapy and psychodynamic therapy. I enjoy using psychoeducation to empower clients by breaking down concepts in a way that feels clear and relatable.
