About
If you're here, I imagine you’re familiar with feeling like you are too sensitive, too intense, too emotional. You’ve likely spent most of your life adapting and hiding your true self just to survive. Masking, people-pleasing, and managing overwhelming emotions in silence is second nature to you. Maybe you’re a late-diagnosed Autistic or ADHDer, or someone shaped by trauma and chronic stress that still lingers in your nervous system. You might look “high-functioning,” but inside, you’re exhausted. You're tired of pretending, tired of overthinking, tired of carrying it all alone. You want space to be fully seen and to finally heal. I’m a neurodivergent, queer therapist who works best with clients navigating trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, and depression. My style is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented. Using psychodynamics, EMDR, and somatic tools, I help clients untangle patterns, feel more at ease in their minds and bodies, and reconnect with their most authentic selves.
