I’m deeply committed to offering a supportive and compassionate space where you can explore your feelings, face challenges head-on, and find meaningful ways to grow. My approach is tailored to each individual and begins with creating a trusting, supportive relationship. I work collaboratively with children, teens, and young adults, helping navigate life's tougher moments. I take an inclusive and integrative approach to counseling, blending different methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based practices, and expressive arts to help each individual discover their unique path toward growth. While I treat a wide range of concerns, I've had a great deal of experience working with individuals with ADHD, Autism, and Anxiety. My experience includes working with people across the communication spectrum, including those who have limited verbal abilities, helping with self-expression, navigating challenges, and building confidence in daily life.
