Feeling steady and rooted in relationships with ourselves and others allows us to establish a foundation for a greater sense of wellbeing. Through a relational & attachment-focused approach, I will support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself and your connections with those around you (family, friends, community, etc.). We'll begin with you, at the root, finding balance and harmony within yourself. As you feel grounded, we'll move outwards to find harmony in other areas of your life. With time, you will begin to grow a stronger sense of self and nurture a healthier relationship with others and the world around you.
