Hi, I’m Alexandria — a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in deep feelers, overthinkers, and anyone navigating big emotions, complex thoughts, or challenges in their inner world. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and psychosis. In our work together, you’ll learn effective coping strategies and have a space where you can bring the heavy stuff, the weird thoughts, and everything in between. Just real talk, real progress, and maybe a few laughs along the way. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and focused on the messy, meaningful work of being human.
