Hi, I'm Alexandria (Alex) Henson, LCPC, NCC here in Illinois! I meet my clients where they are at in their process by utilizing an eclectic approach where I take from various theories and modalities and use them together to best support you and your needs. I typically pull from CBT, DBT, SFT, and MI to best support you in your journey. I love the combination of eclectic therapy because one treatment modality doesn't work well for everyone. I meet you where you are, come as you are. I want you to feel you can be your true authentic self because I know that's how I like to enter the therapy space.
