I specialize in working with teenagers (middle schoolers included) and younger adults, to help overcome emotional concerns, relationship conflict, behavioral issues and trauma. I am very easy to connect with, and I am intentional about helping both clients and parents be at ease throughout the counseling process. I have a positive, encouraging, and calming demeanor, but I’m also fun and have a sense of humor. I am intentional about developing a safe and therapeutic relationship with my clients before addressing sensitive challenges. I have worked with clients addressing a range of challenges, though I often focus on issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-confidence/self-image, relationships, and school or work stress. I enjoy working with those searching for their purpose, passions, and a strong sense of self as well as looking at spirituality.
