With nearly a decade of experience working with adults, teens, and couples, my specialties include sexual trauma, OCD, complex PTSD, grief, relationship challenges, forensic populations, spirituality, and supporting individuals and families navigating personality disorders. I also provide consulting and clinical supervision for unlicensed clinicians. I bring extensive experience working within the criminal justice system and facilitating high-impact restorative justice dialogues that give victims a voice while supporting accountability and meaningful change. This work fuels my commitment to community safety, healing, and resilience I utilizing therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Jungian archetype, dream work, and other humanistic and psychodynamic approaches, I assist clients in processing trauma. My practice incorporates a creative lens, incorporating symbols, art, dreams, and nature to navigate internal and external worlds.
