I have worked in private practice for the past 5 years with various demographics. My degrees are in Sociology, Psychology, and Mental Health Counseling! I see people who are dealing with challenges such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, and many other areas through an integrative approach. There is no “one size fits all” which allows me to use techniques from orientations such as CBT, REBT, person-centered, and psychodynamic therapy to best assist my clients. If you want to integrate faith, I also provide Christian counseling services. I incorporate worksheets, humor, "homework", videos, and various other tools to enhance our experience.
