I am called the sparkle tutu princess therapist. I believe gender, identity, and self-expression are sacred parts of who we are. I believe every person already carries their own light sometimes they just need help finding it again. I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA individuals, addressing sexual health concerns, and working through complex trauma. Each of these areas requires a nuanced and compassionate approach, and my practice is dedicated to offering that depth of care. I use EMDR and somatic based approaches to release trauma that’s held in the body, unpack relational patterns, and support your journey toward self-discovery and empowerment, including letters for gender-affirming surgery.
