Navigating life can be challenging and confusing - especially if you're feeling stuck, lost, or alone. As your counselor, my purpose is to walk alongside you and hear your story. I believe there is a part in all of us that wants to feel whole, connected, and safe, and I am passionate about helping people of all backgrounds take the step towards transformative healing. I assist couples who are stuck in rigid cycles of conflict achieve deeper connection, empathy, and security within their relationships. I also help individuals struggling with OCD, anxiety, and trauma processing. Upon request, I can utilize a Christian approach.
