Hello! If you are looking to make some changes I would love to walk with you on that journey. I take both couples (self-pay) and individuals over 14 and am currently filling my last few available spots. I hope to make you feel supported while offering tangible tools and holding you accountable to your goals. Clients I often work best with can be: overacheivers, college students, LGBTQ+, "the responsible one", and those ready to use apply what we discuss in their real life.
