My treatment and interventions work to integrate the mind and body into therapy, using somatic techniques. I have advanced training in Somatic Trauma Therapy and Sex Therapy/ Sexual Health. I work to create a safe, nonjudgemental, healing, and empowering therapeutic space for my clients. I use a holistic and person-centered framework to provide specialized mental and emotional health treatment.
