I am a Licensed Therapist with Meridian Psychotherapy Associates, a team of compassionate, empathic, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed psychotherapists. We work with individuals, couples, and families who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and other life stressors. Our ultimate mission is to support your healing process and promote your well being. I have experience working with adults of all ages and have supported clients dealing with substance use, domestic violence, and suicidal ideation, approaching crisis with support and nonjudgement.
