Welcome! I work with kids, teens, and adults to address a wide variety of concerns, from anxiety and depression to addiction, self-esteem, and trauma. I specialize in neurodiverse and queer/trans informed and affirming care. I meet you where you are, whether that’s developing practical skills and strategies to live with ADHD, tools for emotional regulation, or moving into deeper trauma processing. I am trained in EMDR and use experiential methods like IFS and somatic interventions to help you build tolerance for emotional discomfort and remove blocks to living the life you deserve. For teens/adults: I provide highly collaborative, identity affirming, and consent-based therapy using trauma-informed approaches to meet your goals. For kids: Child Centered Play Therapy is a warm, playful, and evidence-based approach for emotional and behavioral concerns. I support parents and caregivers in this process to maximize the benefits.
