I also have experience supporting individuals managing anxiety related to health conditions, such as IBS, and the isolation that can come with it. I provide an open and non-judgmental space to discuss the nuances of IBS and utilize Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to decrease avoidance behaviors and build confidence.
