Hi! I am a clinical mental health counseling intern with Steadfast Wellness. My foundation is in nursing, with nearly 15 years of experience in critical care and emergency settings. My time as a nurse shaped my understanding of human vulnerability and strength. I’ve seen lives change in a moment—and I’ve walked with people through crisis, pain, and survival. These experiences, along with my own journey of trauma recovery, led me to the field of mental health, where I now focus on helping others find healing and meaning after hardship.
