Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I received my master’s degree from CSULB and did my internship at the Long Beach Trauma Recovery Center where I was trained in multiple modalities related to trauma, depression, and anxiety disorders. I was later hired by the trauma center where I completed my hours for licensure. After becoming licensed, I started my own private practice and have been in private practice for 5 years. For our first session, you can expect an intake session. It is important to get all of the necessary information needed to make a good case formulation to provide you with the best treatment. Here, I will also answer any questions or concerns you may have and collaboratively choose which therapy treatment would be the best fit.
