Everyone deserves someone to talk to in order to facilitate self-reflection, healing, and growth. I am passionate about helping individuals to achieve the goals they set in counseling and to become the happiest, healthiest version of themself. I offer a nonjudgmental, safe, and supportive space for the healing and growth process. All feelings are valid here. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and helping individuals heal from traumatic experiences. I also specialize in development of healthy boundaries, self-care, and self-esteem. I work collaboratively with my clients to ensure they achieve the life they want and deserve
