How many times have you thought to yourself, "No one understands me"? A lot, huh? I get it. See, the problem is that you are the only person living inside your mind. Others in our lives can attempt to understand and support us but most of the time they have no idea how to really help. It’s not that they don’t want to help—they just don’t know how to. Think of therapy as an hour for yourself. To sit with your feelings, to express them how YOU want to express them, to dive into the things that you think others can’t handle. I can handle it.
