Hello, so happy to have you here. With my "human first, therapist second" mindset, I hope that clients will know and feel that no matter who they are, what experiences they have gone through, or what they look like, they are deserving of love. I am particularly sensitive to the needs of adults who have experienced trauma and stigmatization. I believe that individuals have the power to make the changes necessary to better themselves, and the role of a therapist is to assist them in better understanding, coping with, and processing emotions and memories tied to those traumatic experiences.
