If you're reading this right now (and probably a lot of other bios) trying to find the right therapist for you, WELCOME! My name is Alexis and I work with children ages 7 and up, teens, and adults. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself. I value and prioritize authenticity in therapy. Whether you’re navigating challenges for yourself or your child, my goal is to meet you where you are and work together in a way that feels comfortable and meaningful. When working with kids, I often use creative and expressive tools to help them communicate feelings and experiences that may be hard to put into words.
