I'm so glad you're here! As a queer therapist with ADHD, I love working with neurodivergent and queer clients! Together, we can work on healing shame, anxiety, depression, doubt, overwhelm, and befriending your inner critic. In my human-first office, we'll build the skills and beliefs you need to embrace your whole self. I have experience working with ADHD, autism, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, panic, depression, grief, and identity work with adults and teens aged 15 & older.
