I am passionate about helping others challenge their inner self-critic and see their potential to change. Often times people feel comfortable with being uncomfortable. I am here to help push past the discomfort, provide hope and help individuals reach their goals. I work with individuals from age 12 and older with a variety of issues, including: anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, low self-esteem, grief, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and more.
