Starting therapy can feel intimidating and I aim to make that first step feel more comfortable. I meet clients where they are and adapt my approach to what they need as individuals. I truly enjoy watching clients grow in resilience and confidence, and its incredibly meaningful to see them begin to fully embrace themselves. I enjoy working with clients who are exploring the "why" behind their patterns and want to better understand themselves. I am especially passionate about the lived experience of neurodivergence, as well as supporting those who struggle with suicidal ideation, an experience that is more common than many realize.
