Alexis is under the clinical supervision of Jamie Hall, LPC, CPCS. My clients may feel overwhelmed by their thoughts, emotions, or daily demands and are looking for practical ways to manage anxiety or stress, mood concerns, low self-esteem, OCD, ADHD, ASD, or other challenges. I provide support that is collaborative, structured, and compassionate, with an emphasis on the relationship between therapist and client. I strive to help my clients better understand and accept themselves, strengthen executive functioning and coping skills, and feel more confident navigating relationships, responsibilities, and life transitions.
