I utilize a person-centered approach while incorporating other forms of therapy tailored to the client’s needs and concerns. I look to foster a safe environment that welcomes clients to express themselves authentically and explore experienced thoughts and emotions without feeling judged. Strengths are discussed and used to reach an improved mental state. I was fortunate to gain experience at a psychiatric clinic serving clients of diverse backgrounds, including underrepresented groups.
