My name is Lexi Smiertka (She/Her/Hers) and I offer virtual therapy sessions for Wellness Psychotherapy NY. I am passionate about working with various populations and offering a supportive and client-centered space for people to express, process, and explore. Aside from 1-1 psychotherapy for kids, teens, and adults, I have experience working in clinical settings including residential programs, foster care, schools and summer camps. I have also worked with children, adults and family systems struggling with Severe Mental Illnesses while also facing compounding trauma from incarceration, ACS, and other systems of oppression.
