I specialize in helping people untangle themselves from trauma, stress, depression and anxiety so that they can be more present and engaged in their lives and in their relationships. I use my training in EMDR and various somatic psychotherapies, including Somatic Experiencing, to establish a structure that supports the unfolding of healing. I believe that each person has the capacity for healing and growth.
