Welcome! I’m Alexis, a trauma-informed clinician helping teens and adults find a safe and supportive space to process difficult emotions and past experiences. I support clients in navigating life transitions, loss, trauma, or working to break patterns that no longer serve them, with warmth, humor, and deep respect. I’m EMDR-certified and specialize in treating complex trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, relationship issues, parenting challenges, sexual behavior concerns, sexual and emotional abuse, and addictions. I'm passionate about helping you better understand your mental health and draw on your own strengths to find lasting relief! I understand it can be very hard to ask for help at times. Being vulnerable does not come easy to most people. I provide a validating and nonjudgmental environment, work to help individuals and their families adapt to change, set healthy boundaries, and foster connection and trusting relationships. I will teach you skills to manage life's biggest hurdles.
