Clients who work with me typically report understanding themselves more fully, building healthier boundaries within themselves and with others. I enjoy working with adults from all walks of life including different religions, cultures and lived experiences. Although we will work together individually, I acknowledge the ways in which historical and present day systems of oppression impact your mental health.
