Alexis currently has a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel University and is working towards licensure at Mindful Families in Edina, MN. Alexis enjoys working with clients of all ages, including couples and families. Alexis prioritizes her client's goals and works from a systemic and holistic point of view. She strives to create a safe space for all of her clients, and works to help clients cultivate tools and strategies that allow for healing, growth, and transformation. Additionally, Alexis is open to incorporating faith, religion, and/or spirituality into the therapeutic process if desired by her clients.
