I work alongside individuals who feel stuck in emotional or relational patterns and want a deeper understanding of themselves. They may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, addiction, or interpersonal conflict. Many seek a supportive, culturally responsive space to process experiences, gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop a stronger sense of self, as well as healthier, more fulfilling connections. I often work with clients who hold marginalized and underrepresented identities. I help clients explore how past experiences and relational patterns shape their current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I meet clients where they are, and walk beside them on their journey of self exploration to a better sense of self.
