I have experience supporting both teens and adults, and I prioritize creating a warm, inclusive space where people feel safe showing up exactly as they are. My work focuses on helping clients build skills in emotional regulation, communication, and self‑confidence. I am affirming and knowledgeable in working with neurodivergent individuals (including ADHD and Autism), as well as those with cognitive and physical disabilities. I also support clients navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, LGBTQ+ experiences, and interpersonal relationship challenges.
