My therapeutic approach is empathetic, client-centered, and strength-based. I like meeting the clients where they are and assessing any other skills that need to be implemented. I use a direct, gentle confrontation approach by holding my clients accountable to help promote growth and help guide them to find their voice. If this is your first time in therapy, I know that it can be uncomfortable putting yourself out there and I just wanted to say, you came to the right place.
