Sometimes life happens and we're not sure why we responded the way we did or how to respond. We want to unlock our potential, but need someone nonjudgmental to listen. My goals is to help you uncover your strengths/qualities and those doubtful perspectives that try to get in the way! As a counselor, I will aid in unraveling the many thoughts and emotions that we experience behind what others may see. My goal is for clients to leave with a better understanding of themselves as well as tools to improve their quality of life.
