I’m passionate about supporting kids, teens, and young adults as they navigate the ups and downs of growing up. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients and use a person-centered, neurodiverse-affirming, holistic approach. My mission is to help clients build resilience to life's stressors, process and understand emotions and patterns of behavior, and learn how to balance the dialectic of acceptance and change. I help clients with emotion regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
