I ground my work in a Relational-Cultural and Feminist perspective, using a collaborative therapeutic relationship to support you in reaching personally meaningful goals. I work with adults working through relationship and communication struggles, identity development, depression, and anxiety. Through creating a stable and grounded relationship, we will explore the ways in which maladaptive relational patterns and beliefs impact your current ability to access the life you want. I am LGBT+, ENM, and kink-friendly.
