Hello and welcome! I work with clients healing from trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as those navigating relational stressors and life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients along with others whose lived experiences may not fit neatly into society’s expectations. I am passionate about supporting those experiencing religious or spiritual transitions, including faith deconstruction and existential anxiety. Whether you're questioning long-held beliefs, healing from religious trauma, or seeking a new path that feels more aligned, you don't have to do it alone.
