You don’t need to have it all figured out to start therapy, just a willingness to show up as you are. I help people untangle the noise in their lives, understand what drives their choices, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Together, we’ll look at what’s been keeping you stuck and explore new ways of aligning with who you want to become. In our first session, you can expect a warm, conversational space where I take time to get to know you and the stories that have brought you to therapy. I ask thoughtful questions to understand what feels stuck, what matters most to you, and how you’d like life to feel different. Together, we begin exploring the patterns and possibilities that can guide our work moving forward.
