I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) based in Southern California. For me, therapy is about becoming the best version of yourself. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings with all age groups. My approach to therapy will always vary depending on each patient's individual needs however, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy interventions. Early in my career, I had a supervisor who required me to read from the great Brene Brown.
