Hi, I’m Alexis, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who specializes in grief, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, understand your patterns, and develop practical skills to manage emotions and stress. Together, we work at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on building resilience, increasing self-awareness, and helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.
