I work primarily with individuals or families going through difficulties and looking to over come hardship and transform their lives. Growing up my love for this field came from my strong sense of empathy and desire to connect and understand the pain of others. As a child I experienced emotions at an intense level and was easily misunderstood . This created a passion within me to help others be understood and understand themselves and their emotions so that they can have the power to better their lives.
