Navigating life’s challenges can be hard—for children and adults alike. Whether it's a phase of life change or managing heightened emotions, life can be full of unknowns, both mentally and emotionally. I offer compassionate, individualized support for people of all ages, with a special focus on supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief, or chronic illness stressors. I also enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults as they build resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being. Whether we’re using talk, play, or EMDR, I strive to create a safe space for healing, growth, and empowerment at any age or stage of life.
