My approach to therapy is to empower the clients I work with through their self-discovery journey. I am a firm believer that progress occurs when clients use meaningful skills and strategies outside therapy sessions, and in doing so, they improve their family functioning, social functioning, and emotional well-being, and overall are able to enjoy life more. As a cognitive behavior diplomat, I use cognitive and behavioral strategies to help clients identify the roots of their problems and find solutions that help them in between sessions.
