I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist from Puerto Rico with special interest in mind/body medicine and wellness. I am bilingual in Spanish and English. I have provided psychotherapy for more than 20 years in multiple clinical settings and have worked with a diverse group of clients in individual, couples, and group counseling. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my clinical practices.
