My practice is conducted virtually, allowing for significant flexibility in our sessions. I prioritize creating a judgment-free environment where you can comfortably explore and articulate your thoughts and feelings. As a therapist, I aim to promote the normalization of therapy within the Black community, with a particular focus on supporting Black men. Together, we can work towards dismantling the stigma surrounding therapy in our community.
