I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Marine Corps veteran. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I work with adults navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the everyday stress that comes with being human. I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and truly heard. Beginning therapy can feel intimidating. I bring warmth, cultural awareness, and a grounded, compassionate presence to help clients feel at ease every step of the way. I'm committed to providing compassionate, individualized care for all adults seeking support, helping break down the stigma associated with seeking mental health services, and build resilience through connection and self-growth. I work with diagnoses of all types and particularly enjoy working with men, veterans, first responders, and the Latino community.
