The decision to come to therapy can be a complex one, deserving of compassion, empathy and respect. We all hold unique identities and diverse experiences and our journey in the therapeutic process should honor that. My approach to therapy is deeply person-centered, grounded in unconditional positive regard and the belief we are all inherently worthy of connection and compassion. I am guided by strengths-based and trauma-informed perspectives which seek to enhance the healing tools we may already hold inside. I specialize in work with adults dealing with anxiety, OCD, depression and panic attacks. I also have training in work with pregnancy/postpartum journeys as well as grief, loss, and aging processes. I implement the therapeutic modality best suited for your needs, as therapy should not be a one-size-fits-all approach.
